The SUNY SAIL Institute is pleased to host the annual Summer Leadership Retreat in 2023. We will gather together in-person for a week-long retreat to enhance our higher education leadership skills.
This intensive program focuses on discovering leadership (defining what leadership is, especially for oneself), and develops and applies skills around four broad areas of leadership experience: personal, interpersonal, team and system mastery.
Who Should Attend? This program is designed for mid-career SUNY faculty and administrative staff looking to expand their leadership skills, making them more effective on their campuses. Participants leave the program prepared with the mindset and skills to advance the work of their campus and take on more leadership responsibilities in the future.
Nominations will be accepted through 4/30/23 and then reviewed by a selection committee. Nominees will be notified of their acceptance status in May. Acceptance letters will include a link to register for the program. The program will take place July 31 - August 4, 2023 at the White Eagle Conference Center in Hamilton, NY.
